By booking a tour with E-bike Tour OriginalNorth, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not book a tour with us.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by E-bike Tour OriginalNorth.

1.2 Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

1.3 We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other methods as specified on our website.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made by customers more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

2.2 Cancellations made by customers within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Tour Details

3.1 E-bike Tour OriginalNorth reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, and schedules without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Participants are required to follow the instructions of the tour guide and adhere to all safety guidelines during the tour. All customers need to wear helmets.

4. Participant Requirements

4.1 Participants must be of a minimum age as specified for each tour and must meet any other requirements as outlined in the tour description.

4.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety and must wear appropriate safety gear provided by E-bike Tour OriginalNorth.

5. Liability

5.1 Participants join E-bike Tour OriginalNorth tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions during the tour.

5.2 E-bike Tour OriginalNorth is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the tour.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 E-bike Tour OriginalNorth respects the privacy of its customers and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.

The Services  shall be subject to the substantive laws of Iceland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of  the District Court of Akureyri.
